§ 1. What we store in your browser

  1. lx_lang (cookie, 12 months) - the site language you chose.
  2. lx_cur (cookie, 12 months) - the currency you chose. On your first visit we set it based on the country you are browsing from.
  3. lx_age (browser storage, 12 months) - confirmation that you are 18 or over. We do not store your date of birth.
  4. lx-cart (browser storage, until the cart is emptied) - the contents of your cart.
  5. lx_cookie_ok (browser storage, no expiry) - a note that the cookie notice was closed.

§ 2. Where this data goes

  1. Your browser sends the lx_lang and lx_cur cookies to our server so we can show the site in the right language and currency. Data in browser storage stays on your device: we only receive your cart when you place an order.
  2. Fonts load from our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google for them.

§ 3. Legal basis

  1. This data is strictly necessary for the shop to work as you request, so it does not require consent (Article 399(3)(2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).
  2. The shop uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent in a separate notice.

§ 4. How to delete or block this data

  1. You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. The shop will still work, but it will ask your age again and your cart will be empty.
  2. If you block cookies, the shop will not remember your language and currency.
