§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the Luxintim online shop at luxintim.eu (the “Shop”) and for concluding and performing sales contracts.
  2. The Shop is run by Aleksandr Filippov, sole trader operating as DIGITAL SERVICES ALEKSANDR FILIPPOV, ul. Rembrandta 4a/39, 03-531 Warszawa, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5273209871, REGON 544255888, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) kept by the minister responsible for the economy (the “Seller”).
  3. In these Terms: Customer - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit that uses the Shop or concludes a sales contract; Consumer - a Customer who is a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or profession; Sole trader with consumer rights - a natural person running a business who concludes a contract directly related to that business, where the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for them, in particular in view of the business activity entered in CEIDG; Goods - a product offered in the Shop; Sealed goods - Goods delivered in packaging secured with a seal, film or sticker and marked “Sealed product” on the product page; Durable medium - a material or tool that allows information to be stored so that it can be accessed in the future, in particular an email with a PDF attachment.
  4. The provisions of these Terms on Consumers also apply to a Sole trader with consumer rights with regard to the right of withdrawal, lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract and prohibited contract terms (art. 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, art. 385⁵ of the Civil Code).
  5. These Terms are available free of charge before the contract is concluded, in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.

§ 2. Contacting the Seller

  1. Email: kontakt@luxintim.eu. Phone: [phone number and opening hours]. Calls are charged at the Customer's operator rate.
  2. Correspondence address: ul. Rembrandta 4a/39, 03-531 Warszawa, Poland.
  3. Address for returns and complaints in Poland: ul. Rembrandta 4a/39, 03-531 Warszawa. The Seller does not require Goods to be sent abroad.

§ 3. Electronic services

  1. The Seller provides the following services free of charge: browsing the catalogue, the cart, the order form, the price notification form and the newsletter (for those who have given consent). No account is needed to make a purchase.
  2. To use the Shop you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address.
  3. The Customer must not provide unlawful content, including in the Shop's forms.
  4. A contract for a service is concluded when the Customer starts using that service and ends when the Customer leaves the Shop, submits the order or unsubscribes from the newsletter. The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the link in the message or by writing to the Seller's email address.
  5. Using electronic services involves the usual internet risks, such as malicious software and attempts to obtain data by deception (phishing). The Seller never asks for payment card details by email.
  6. Complaints about electronic services can be sent to the Seller's email address. The Seller replies within 14 days.

§ 4. Age requirement

  1. The Shop is intended only for people aged 18 or over. Only an adult can conclude a sales contract in the Shop.
  2. Before entering the Shop and when placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old. The Seller does not collect dates of birth or copies of identity documents.
  3. If the Seller has reasonable doubts that an order was placed by a minor, the Seller may suspend the order and ask the Customer to get in touch. If it turns out that the order was placed by a minor, the Seller cancels the order and refunds all payments received without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days.
  4. Product photos and descriptions are for information only and contain no pornographic content.

§ 5. Orders and conclusion of the contract

  1. To place an order, the Customer adds Goods to the cart, goes to the order form, enters contact details and the delivery address, chooses the delivery and payment method, accepts these Terms, confirms being 18 or over and clicks the “Order with obligation to pay” button (“Zamawiam i płacę” in the Polish version).
  2. Immediately before placing the order, the Customer sees the main characteristics of the Goods, the total price including taxes and the delivery costs.
  3. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order. The email contains the content of the contract, these Terms as a PDF and the model withdrawal form.
  4. The Customer can cancel the order free of charge by writing to the Seller's email address, as long as the Seller has not yet placed the order with the supplier.

§ 6. Prices

  1. Prices in the Shop are gross prices and include VAT. For deliveries to Poland prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN); for deliveries to other European Union countries the Customer can choose euro (EUR).
  2. The delivery cost is shown in the cart and in the order form before the order is placed.
  3. Whenever a price is reduced, the Shop shows the lowest price of the Goods in the 30 days before the reduction or, if the Goods have been on sale for less than 30 days, the lowest price since sales began.
  4. The Seller does not use personalised prices based on automated decision-making.

§ 7. Payments

  1. Available payment methods: BLIK, payment card, fast bank transfer. Payments are processed by [payment operator name].
  2. The Customer pays in advance. If the payment is not credited within 3 days of placing the order, the order is cancelled and the Seller informs the Customer by email.
  3. On the Customer's bank statement the payment appears under a name that does not reveal the nature of the purchase. [check the statement name with the operator]
  4. The Seller does not store payment card details.

§ 8. Delivery

  1. The Seller receives the Goods from the supplier and ships the parcel to the Customer from Poland, where returns and complaints are also handled.
  2. The parcel arrives within 10 business days of the payment being credited. Customs checks may extend this time; in that case the Seller informs the Customer by email.
  3. The Customer chooses the delivery method when placing the order. In Poland the Goods are delivered to an InPost parcel locker, an ORLEN Paczka pickup point or by courier to the address provided; in other European Union countries, to a DPD Pickup point or by courier to the address provided. Because of their weight, sex dolls are delivered by courier only.
  4. Delivery is available in Poland and other European Union countries. Sex dolls are delivered within Poland only.
  5. Every order is sent in plain packaging, with no Shop name and no information about the contents.
  6. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer when the Goods are handed over. If a parcel arrives damaged, please draw up a damage report with the carrier; not having a report does not limit the Consumer's rights.
  7. If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods on time, the Consumer may set an additional deadline and, if the Goods are still not delivered by then, withdraw from the contract (art. 543¹ of the Civil Code).

§ 9. Right of withdrawal

  1. The Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the Goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the withdrawal notice before it expires.
  2. The notice can be sent by email, by post or using the form set out in Annex 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act (the model is on the “Returns and complaints” page). The Seller confirms receipt of the notice on a Durable medium without delay.
  3. The Consumer sends the Goods to the returns address in Poland given in § 2 within 14 days of withdrawing. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods. Estimated cost of returning a sex doll: [amount].
  4. The Seller refunds all payments, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered, within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method the Consumer used. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods or proof of their return have been received.
  5. The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery (art. 38(1)(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). In the Shop this applies to Goods marked “Sealed product” on the product page. Such Goods can be returned within 14 days if the seal on the packaging is intact. This exclusion does not limit the Consumer's rights if the Goods do not conform to the contract.

§ 10. Lack of conformity of the goods with the contract (complaints)

  1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract that existed when the Goods were delivered and becomes apparent within two years of that time (art. 43a-43g of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). A lack of conformity that becomes apparent within that period is presumed to have existed at delivery.
  2. For app-controlled Goods, the Seller is also liable for the conformity of the software and its updates with the contract.
  3. The Consumer may ask for the Goods to be repaired or replaced and, if this is impossible, would cost too much or has not removed the lack of conformity, may ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. The Seller bears the costs of repair, replacement and shipping.
  4. A complaint can be made by email or by post. Please give the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. Opening the packaging of Sealed goods does not affect the right to make a complaint.
  5. The Seller replies to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it, on paper or another Durable medium. If there is no reply within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted.

§ 11. Guarantee

  1. The Seller does not give an additional guarantee unless the product page states otherwise. The absence of a guarantee does not limit the Seller's liability for lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract.

§ 12. Product safety

  1. The page of each product gives the manufacturer's details, the details of the importer and of the person responsible in the European Union, the product identifier and warnings in Polish.
  2. Every parcel includes instructions in Polish and the importer's details. A dangerous product or an accident involving a product can be reported to the Seller's email address.

§ 13. Waste equipment and batteries

  1. Waste electrical equipment and batteries must not be thrown away with other waste. When delivering new equipment, the Seller takes back waste equipment of the same type free of charge, in a quantity no greater than the new equipment bought.
  2. Seller's registration number in the Polish waste database (BDO): [BDO number].

§ 14. Out-of-court dispute resolution

  1. The Consumer can get help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), the regional inspector of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) or consumer organisations. Information in Polish is available at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
  2. The Seller's participation in out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary.

§ 15. Personal data and cookies

  1. The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in the Privacy policy, linked in the Shop footer.

§ 16. Final provisions

  1. The Seller may change these Terms for important reasons by announcing this on the Shop website 14 days in advance. A change does not apply to orders placed before it comes into force.
  2. Contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a Consumer from another European Union country of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of that country (art. 6(2) of the Rome I Regulation).
  3. The Polish version of these Terms is binding. The English, German, French, Italian and Russian versions are translations for information.
  4. These Terms apply from 4 November 2026.
