Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Contact us at kontakt@luxintim.eu within 14 days of receiving your order
2. We will provide return instructions and a return address
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
