All products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we suspect misuse.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship across the European Union. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.

7. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact kontakt@luxintim.eu to initiate a return.
