Description
A set of 4 silicone Kegel balls for pelvic floor exercises, from 44 g to 102 g, each weighted with steel balls inside. You insert one piece and hold it in place; the different weights let you start light and move on to heavier ones.
The pieces are 11.9, 14.8, 10.05 and 15.9 cm long, 3.6, 2.8, 3.5 and 3.2 cm in diameter, and weigh 44, 102, 57 and 81 g. They are made of food-grade silicone and ABS, with loop cords for removal. Rated IPX7, they can be submerged and washed thoroughly. Use water-based lubricant. Colours: pink, hot pink or purple.
Care. Wash with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner and let it air-dry. Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys: silicone-based lube can damage the surface.
