Description
A kegel ball set with two silicone holders and five loose balls that you swap between them, for pelvic floor exercises. One holder takes two balls and the other takes one, and both end in a tail with a heart at the tip.
The holders are 10.85 cm and 15.2 cm long, and each ball is 3.4 cm in diameter. The five balls weigh 16, 28, 35, 36 and 72 g, so you set the load by picking the balls. Everything is food-grade silicone, ABS and steel, rated IP67, which means the parts can be submerged. Wash them with mild soap, dry them fully and use a water-based lubricant. The set comes in pink, raspberry, blue, lilac, purple and clear.
Care. Wash with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner and let it air-dry. Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys: silicone-based lube can damage the surface.
