Description
Five oval weights for pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises, graded from 38 g to 107 g. Inside each food-grade silicone shell sits a steel ball that gives the weight, and cords joined at the top hold the five pieces together.
Each weight measures 7.2 cm in length and 3.2 cm in diameter. The five steps are 38, 56, 73, 91 and 107 g, so you begin with the lightest and change weights as you get used to them. The set is made of food-grade silicone, ABS and steel and is rated IP67, which means it can go under water for cleaning. Wash with mild soap, dry fully and use water-based lubricant. Weights come in raspberry, purple, lilac, blue and mint.
Care. Wash with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner and let it air-dry. Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys: silicone-based lube can damage the surface.
